Lovely hotel, in a great location especially if visiting Cleveland Clinic. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only negative thing I can say is there's no parking lot, valet only. While that may work for some, I prefer having access to my vehicle 24/7 without having to call for it in advance. This was a last minute emergency stay late at night, so I only interacted with the staff at check in & check out. Both of the gentleman were pleasant & helpful. The valet attendant Kevin was awesome too! I didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities but I'm sure they'd all be great! I'd certainly stay again!

Appearance and lobby were nice, desk people were nice and very professional. I checked in and didn’t make it to room due to my schedule I had somewhere to be. Once returned to the hotel I checked out simply because there was no parking unless you payed valet. To me that’s rediculous. I never even made it to check the appearance of my room.

The front desk staff on Wednesday, July 26th, was exceptional. The young lady was very courteous, efficient & extra-helpful. The Bellman, & the Valet (an older lady that resembled Jasmine Guy) were both great! The one area that came up short of providing great customer service was the restaurant. On the evening of July 25th, I was treated somewhat disdainfully once discovered that I was a participant in Cleveland Clinic's Brain & Sleep Study & receiving a complimentary dinner. The study provides very important data that can help in the prevention of, and hopefully, a cure for brain related diseases such as Alzheimer's. The wait staff should treat ALL guests with the same courtesy & respect. That is the reason for the 4 Star Review. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5.

If your visit is centered around the Cleveland Clinic and you plan to stay at this hotel, it might be acceptable due to its convenient location and the presence of a shuttle service connecting to the clinic. However, if your visit does not involve the Cleveland Clinic, I strongly urge you to avoid this hotel for the following reasons: 1. **Parking Hassles**: The parking options here are far from ideal, with the choice being either a self-parking option located two blocks away for a fee or a more expensive valet parking service. 2. **Poor Valet Service**: The hotel's valet parking service leaves much to be desired. It's worth noting that the valet service is operated by personnel associated with the Cleveland Clinic, not the hotel itself. During my own experience, when I queued up to use the valet service in front of the hotel, I was berated by a Cleveland Clinic shuttle driver. Furthermore, the day when I checked out, I notice that my car was scratched. I was instructed to wait for the manager. I waited for more than 20 minutes. During this time, a member of their staff circled my car. When the manager finally arrived, they presented me with a hand-written note, claiming that it documented the pre-existing scratch on my car. This was apparently their proof of so-called transparency. However, this document or a copy of it was not provided to me upon check-in or when I handed over my car to them. This raises questions about the accuracy and timing of the documentation, especially after the staff member inspected my car multiple times following my report of the scratch. Anyway, I've learned a valuable lesson from this experience, and I strongly advise exercising caution if you find yourself in a situation where you need to stay at this particular hotel and use the value parking service.
