Exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good breakfast. Less than 4mins drive from the main station. There’s also a bus stop outside the hotel that has a direct service to the main station. Overall nothing to fault. Will not hesitate to come back again.

Spent the night while on the way to Dunkirk. Check in was seamless thanks to the service desk team. The room was quite comfortable with complementary water and tea/coffee. The gym is small but allows a great session and the breakfast service was excellent and caters for different taste buds. Will surely visit again whenever I am in Frankfurt.

The room I stayed in was quite small for my family's needs. However, the price was very reasonable, and it even included breakfast. The parking fee was also quite affordable compared to others. The staff were very welcoming and professional.

Stayed here with family. The rooms are a bit congested but decently decorated. It's 20-30 min from Frankfurt Maine station and has got the decent bus links. The breakfast is really good and the staffs are amazing and very helpful. If you need a drink from the bar late in the evening you may need to wait a considerable amount of time as the staffing levels are very low. Not a massive choice of drinks is available either. A gym is available for the residents. A paid car park is available in the hotel.

Upon arrival late at night the staff at the reception were very unwelcoming, we reserved a room for 4 pax as per the picture on the site unfortunately the reality was completely different. The room was very small and narrow, not enough space for our luggage and my husband had to go to the lobby to work on his laptop due to limited space. The staff were not willing to help and they were adamant that all rooms are the same which I doubt as the picture did not reflect the room we had. Moreover you need to take the bus or taxi to go the city centre or train station and nearby restaurants are approx 20 mins walking distance which is not suitable when you have kids.
