Very good service, allow early check in and late check out. Very good location with hundreds of restaurants within easy walking distance. Gave us a nice view room on the top floor, but immediately moved us to a lower floor when we complained about the elevator shaft noise on the top floor. Small room but typical in Hong Kong, very clean, nicely designed and has everything we needed. Very nice breakfast buffet included.

At first i was hesitant of the location, but after staying for 2 nights, ended up booking 5 more nights! Close to metro and ferry, lots of restaurants close by (with delicious bakery/cha chan ten close by with the best pineapple buns). Not as chaotic as other parts of Hong Kong and will come back here again for future stays! The rooms are clean and spacious and great staff!

The hotel is conveniently located in one of the busiest districts in Kowloon. It is considered a fairly new (5 years) premises but the carpet inside our room and the hallways are noticeably stained and dirty. However, the room and the public area are generally clean. Plus, patrons are required to use their room keys to use the elevator which adds to the overall security. Other major draw backs include: (1) the mid-level floor that is supposed to have provided a quiet place for the patrons to relax, but instead, the entire place is mostly occupied by smokers smoking their cigarettes away; (2) unlike the US, this premises does not offer printing service (or hook-up to a printer) at the business center. We were asked to email the front desk the files for the attendants to make the copies for us, which they charge US1.3 (hkd10) per page. This particular branch is not as business-friendly as I have experienced in other locations under the same brand.

I had a positive experience at the Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon CBD2. The hotel is conveniently located near the Kwun Tong MTR station and shopping mall, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, with good views of the city. The breakfast buffet is decent, and the staff is efficient and friendly. The bottled water provided in the room is a bit small. It would be better if the hotel provided a larger bottle.

Stayed here for a night during a business trip to Hong Kong. Pros - -Reasonably spacious rooms and clean -Clean and spacious bath area - good pressure in the shower -Decent breakfast spread -Can store luggage easily after checkout - Clean linens and bath - Contactless checkout available - WiFi was strong throughout Cons - Line for breakfast can take 10-15 minutes and is quite crowded.
