Stayed for a night at Camlux Hotel. Pros - Good location as it was close to where my meetings were. Room is spacious, but there is a musty smell all around. Overall, the room and bathroom was quite clean. Got an early checkin at 1PM. Good wifi. Cons - Reception staff is so-so. Had lunch at their hotel (Cafe 15). Apart from one lady, the rest of the staff was indifferent. Need to leave the Aircon on even when you leave the room to help dehumidify the room.

This hotel location very suitable for business short or long stay. The location of the hotel is convenient, the price is very affordable and reasonable, and the cleaning service is also good. It is the first choice for the business trip nearby. I definitely will return to stay next time.。

Room is okay, size is big comparing with other HK hotels. The reason may because of location is not convenience enough. Not close to MTR station. Hotel restaurant close full day during Sunday without any convenience store nearby, that's not very good experience. Staff is not polite, check in process is slow and they don't provide support to guests. No tableware provided, if you want to have cup noodles at room, please remember to bring your own fork or chopsticks. I have requested 2 beds room in booking agent, but the hotel finally offer me one bed only, because it's just too tired when I check in, so I don't ask for change after getting in the room. Not recommended for foreigners.

I stayed here for two nights when the hotel was serving as a quarantine hotel for close contacts of people with COVID. We had large twin room with a concrete style bathroom. Wifi was great, connection didn't drop there. There were few English TV channels. There weren't any hand towels which is pretty bad as handwashing is encouraged by the government who decided to lock us up here. The quarantine food was average with white rice every day and soggy, overcooked vegetables. However the portion size was fine.
