DO NOT BOOK HERE! This has to be the last option of all! Pictures on the promotional does not match with reality. Okay I understand is a low budget place, but getting people with fake pictures of the room is not pretty ethical. Staff is not helpful when it comes to problems I told them I had to check out early (5am) because I couldn't stand the bugs anymore, and they told me that there was nothing they could do, because it was too late. They need to clean more often if they are not renewing. Accommodations are horrible. With a severe problem with bugs... You can check my reviews and this is the first bad reviews I ever give. Don't risk it! Choose somewhere else even if you already check in. Location okay...

Unbelievable place. We arrived at the place around 1 am after a long flight from Germany. Getting there the hotel was fully booked not having any room available for us. Even with a confirmation via booking.

I would never recommend this hotel to no one we arrived at the hotel on the 6th may at 3am and on the 7th they are telling us that we came on the 5th and we are to vacate. On the 5th of May we were in Panama city at the airport our flight arrived in Mexico city on the 6th at 1:25am. I showed them my ticket from the flight and my booking confirmation and they are still saying we came on the 5th they robbed us the hotel feel for the 2 nights is 89 dollars after all the tax and they took 100 from me guys please do not book this place the worst.
