The best thing about this hotel is location, right next to the City of arts and science. Also, there is a big shopping mall right next to the hotel with many restaurants and big supermarket. Rooms were nice and clean, stuff was nice. Breakfast could be better, but it's OK... 3 stops by tram from the main square in Valencia. Oceanographic is 5 minutes walk. Totally recommend

Solid three star place. The employees are nice and try their best, but they don't have a lot to work with. The service is a 5 for me, don't get this twisted. The employees are great. The keycards stop working everyday, the sheets don't cover one of the beds. We booked a room with a double bed and got stuck with two single beds in our rooms the entire time. We got stuck in the elevator once too. Overall this place isn't bad, not complaining to complain - but a few things could make this place a lot better. Oh the location is amazing.

Alright. A little understaffed in the evening (I waited 15 minutes at the bar as there was only one person covering both reception and bar before I gave up on having a beer as they told me they were too busy to serve me); the staff were otherwise very friendly but they were fighting a losing battle in lots of ways: the hotel was noticeably under equipped compared to other holiday inns I've stayed in (the television in the room had no features that worked except local terrestrial TV, plus no gym, no kids area, no other facilities except a very cloudy-watered pool); the bed was extremely uncomfortable (neither soft nor firm but a weird mix of both at either end, which gave me terrible back pain each morning, but was apparently a desirable feature?? See attached photo); the breakfast was rather basic but did the job -- if you don't mind exactly the same thing every day. Overall, I feel we paid far too much for what turned out to be an absolutely "no-frills" offering. The best thing I can say is that it's right next to the science museum which is a great day out for all ages.

Enjoyed a 5-night break in this modern, comfortable hotel, within walking distance of the Ciutat de Ciencas y Artes, and a short bus or tram ride from the old city. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Every one of the staff was pleasant and helpful. There is a nice breakfast room with a good selection of breakfast items. I would be very happy to stay here again.

The hotel is very well connected with a city center. You can take a bus 14, or metro 1 to get to the center. 40 min walk to the beach side, much faster by bus 99. The hotel is located rather close to the port, so if you have a room with a port or ciudad de los artes y ciencias view you are lucky to enjoy the sunrise. There is a grocery store and a big shopping mall next to the hotel.
