The hotel is well situated close to many landmarks and shops. The rooms are neat and comfortable. The shower in my room was not up to standard. The shower head did not lock in place meaning I had to use it as a hand shower rather than relaxing under the stream. Very disappointing coming back to the room after a long day and not being able to take the shower I imagined. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Be careful with parking if you have a car.

This place charges like a 4-5 star hotel but the service and quality is barely a 1 star! Do yourself a favor and research before booking with them. We stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels during our 3 weeks in Europe (Manchester, London, Porto, Aveiro, Valencia & Madrid). We travel a lot all over the world. This hotel is terrible! The only good thing about it is the location. The rooms are tiny. Reservation said king bed, premium room and we got an average room with barely space to walk around the bed and the bed was two twins stuck together. When we asked for water they said that water was free only on the first day. (We are paying over $400/night)… the service at the “free breakfast”, (which is a buffet that isn’t worth 3 stars) consist of 1 employee serving the whole area and you have to wait for a cold cup of coffee. No cream whatsoever-only watered milk. The safe in the room didn’t work. No help with luggage because the “Spanish law doesn’t require them to offer it”!!! I mean 4 starts is totally fake advertising!! This is what employees told us and their attitude is like if you talk to them you are bothering them. Seriously a total disappointment. We will never come back and will let all our friends know about this place.

Great location, rooms alright, service the worst I ever experienced. When paying €350p/n, the least you’d expect is a bottle of water in your room, right? Apparently this is not part of the service package here, and when asking for some water, you’re more than welcome to pay over 10 bucks for it in the hotel bar. Highly inhospitable and incapable staff who simply do not care whatsoever and even curse at me when asking for some water. I hope the hotel manager reads this, checks up on who was behind the hotel bar (female), and makes sure she never works in hospitality again.

The hotel is at a very nice location, few minutes walk to the Cathedral. Garage directly connected to the hotel and affordable as well. The staff is so friendly and polite, you feel welcome when you arrive. The breakfast has a lot of choice, the tomatoes are a must try. We also tried the bar in the evening for cocktails and these were nice as well. The room was clean and cozy. The only thing which bothered us was hearing a lot from the neighbor room since the walls are quite thin.
