Decent place to stay on a layover. Restaurant/bar open late, bed was plush, free shuttle with late/early hours, close to airport. Hotel building is definitely older, with some updated amenities. Carpet in halls are ancient and poorly maintained, so they smell and are dirty. Room amenities were plenty, with coffee maker, etc. Shower was fine. Window foggy. Service is fair, check in staff overwhelmed, and am/pm staff provided conflicting information. Was told shuttle ran at all times, no schedule, come any time. So we showed in am at 5:05, and learned shuttle ran only every 30 mins! Also, NO WATER to drink or buy!! This is very frustrating! Last night there was nice water dispenser in lobby, but gone this am until 6am. Not sure I'll stay again.

I don’t understand how they can let a phone ring and ring for over 30 minutes and not pick up. Right now they’re only dropping off and picking up terminal A and B but they have continuously driven past B without stopping. Had to take a train to get to A. Couldn’t tell the staff because they didn’t pick up the phone. Location is convenient for the airport. Rooms are decent for the price. Wouldn’t stay here if I had a choice.

I’ve arrived late for the check in. So it took time during the check in because the front was crowded. At first, I was assigned to the used room. I’m not sure what is going on. The lady at the front helps me fix the problem. Despite grumpy mood for all staff at the front, which I could understand because of the exhausting heavy shift. The room is assigned to the IHG account, but no benefit for the tier (Plat) is received during the check in. The bed is super comfortable and the aircon works great. The breakfast is good. You can easily grab a shuttle but to the airport, which takes around 10-15 minutes. It is okay to stay here if you need an overnight rest before your next flight, otherwise you could look for more convenience hotel.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with the front desk staff. Despite encountering challenges, the front desk lady appeared incompetent, and what added to the disappointment was that the lady was a manager. Even with the manager present behind the desk she stood there looking dumbfounded instead of helping out. She is such a joke!!! Also the one that had glasses is an amazing worker handling the check in line all by herself

The dirtiest Holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at. They don’t clean the toilets, look around the toilet and seen dried up pee! The sinks have so much filth built up all around. The tub paint is peeling. The walls/baseboards are filthy ! Hair , do you know they don’t change the sheets. No microwaves in the rooms. The rugs need to be shampooed! Honestly I wouldn’t advise staying here. The staff is pretty friendly. The breakfast not that great to be charging $17.
