My review is on their restaurant. Very clean and tidy. Their food is excellent, well thought through menu. Their additional outdoor seating is a winner, it allows you to have fresh air while having delicious meals and/or good conversations. Also, you don't have to worry about mosquitoes on their outdoor seating space, there are absolutely none. The only thing that needed improvement was the communication skills of the waiter. Overall, great place!!

My experience at this hotel in Lusaka was simply repellent. Even though I was booked as a VIP guest and was supposed to stay with them for more than a month, along with my family, we had to leave after 4 nights, as they suddenly requested me to settle the balance at a late hour and denied me access to the room, which I needed to get them the money. In addition, the reception’s services represented the exact opposite of the idea of hospitality. Their rooms were nice, but the card-keys to the rooms go out of work a lot, either unintentionally or being disabled on purpose. In short, it was a terrible experience and I would most definitely never go again.

One of the best Holiday Inns out there. However, they take very long with dry cleaning. They really need to work on it. A light jumper which I handed in at 9am was only returned at 7pm.
