The interior design of my room was homey and comfortable. The cleaning service was below average as they were not properly cleaned, towels very old and scratchy. The aircon needs attention, as it had variable noise. The internet was generally unstable

If you visit Kitwe, this is a great hotel to consider. It is modern, affordable and located very conveniently near a major a road but not too close for the highway noise. It also a walking distance from ECL and Mukuba Mall, Nkana mall and other essential locations. Service is great here you'll feel like a royalty 👑

Rooms are excellent, the staffs are all Professionals who are very welcoming and helpful. They have a well equiped fitness centre to help all. The place is awesome as a whole.
