I found this hotel to be really great, especially for the price. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the woman who works the evening shift at the front desk. She is so warm and kind. The location is ideal and close to everything with great restaurants within a short walk. The room we stayed in is nice, beds and pillows comfortable, and bathroom clean. Dove products in the shower. Only drawback is the room is small for 4 people and the amenities limited with only free coffee and tea, although they're are lots of snack for purchase. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, from the seediest budget and to some of the most expensive, and this is one of my favorites when comparing all variables. I would happily stay here again.

Stayed here for one night for a Broadway show we were seeing. Right around the corner from the subway station so easy travels. The room was better quality than I expected. All staff were exceptionally friendly. They made sure to say have a good night when we stepped out and welcomed us back when we came back in. They gave us waters and a granola bar when we arrived. The room was super clean. It was quiet, the heat was already on a good temperature when we arrived, the water pressure and temperature was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Overall this is hotel is great value for money! Everything is clean and the staff helpful and friendly! The rooms are a decent size with plenty of room to move around in and store your stuff! The bathrooms are also spacious, and the shower has decent power and most importantly they are hot!! I would definitely use the hotel again and recommend for all!

I know this is New York but rooms are on the small side. Restaurant is still closed but provides you coffee to make your own in the room for breakfast. But this location is so close to China town and metro station. And the staff - front desk and cleaning folks- are phenomenal. I happen to be missing my kindle and realized it after I checked out the hotel. I called to ask to check as it may had slipped behind bed table. Front desk lady promised to call back after looking for it where i had indicated. They called right back to tell me it was found. I am so grateful as I had many books i was still reading. So Thank you.

I thought this place was lovely. We were stuck in NYC due to cancelled flights and this was the only reasonably priced hotel we could find in the city. The staff were kind, rooms were clean, beds were fairly comfortable. There is a lovely little courtyard area where you can sit. Although it would be nice if there were outlets out there so you can work on your laptop. Only off-putting thing was dark carpet in the rooms. Yuck. I didn't want to put my bare feet on the floor. Too mysterious and full of yucky possibilities. Otherwise, location was great. Lots of college kids around because of proximity to NYU. Several metro stations nearby and food options.
