I loved this hotel. Checked in with a large party after a long day of travel. It was about 10:30pm on Sunday 12/3 and the young lady at the front desk was an absolute delight. The check in was fast and the young lady was able to give me and my sister adjoining rooms, which we loved. The valets drivers were great and so friendly each and every interaction. Rooms were clean, we had a great view, and we were so comfortable. Pool area was very nice as well as the bar. Only issue is that breakfast is a bit on the pricey side but. I would definitely stay here again considering how close it is to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, etc. This was a great stay!

I am so grateful to this amazing hotel and staff. They were able to accommodate a team of 107 people at 10pm after a terrible issue with another hotel. Upon arrival the staff was attentive, courteous, classy, friendly, accommodating, and patient. They were able to give us beautiful rooms with amazing views. My sister and I didn’t even have to ask for adjoining rooms they just made it happen! Shout out to the sweet young lady with glasses at the front desk and the valets they were amazing!!!! I will be back!!

Stayed here Thursday 12/28 on the last day of our Disney trip due to closeness to Disney Springs. We checked out and about two hours into our drive back home we realized that we left Disney merchandise in the room. The kind front desk clerk that we spoke to (a young man) at around 6:30am told us he would contact us when the room was clean and let me know the next steps of having it shipped. We later got an email saying that nothing was found. Hope your housekeeping enjoys the brand new merchandise we left in there. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the nice front desk clerk. Otherwise it would be 1 star.

My Aunt and I stayed here for our Disney World trip in large part because of its proximity to Disney Springs and the shuttles to the parks. The rooms were simple and clean but what made this hotel stand apart was the service. Everyone at the front desk was courteous, helpful, and professional. For breakfast we enjoyed a superb buffet multiple times and our server Jose went above and beyond to be attentive, friendly, and welcoming. We are so thankful for him and the way he helped set the tone for our wonderful trip this week.

First off the woman who checked us in was so nice, sorry I didn’t get her name. Juan with parking and Conner at the bar both awesome. Everyone on staff were polite and friendly. The room was a little dated but clean and plenty big. Nice balcony to watch Disney fireworks. Only a 12 minute walk to Disney Springs. 2 free drinks from the bar plus 2 bottles of water in the room. My 4 star rating is for charging $38.00 resort fee, total nonsense.
