This hotel is perfect for anyone going to Disney and I will be recommending this to everyone I know. Located at a 5 minute walk to Disney springs, where you can catch a free bus to Any of the parks. The hotel themselves also offer free pickup and drop off shuttle as part of their resort fee. The lobby was the nicest most spacious lobby I’ve seen in a hotel. There’s a Joffrey’s right downstairs too. I loved their shower and water pressure, had to add that in there because felt so nice after a long day of walking in the parks. Love this hotel and definitely going on the list too

Decent hotel located conveniently five minute walk to Disney Springs. Though on property there are none of the Disney benefits one gets while staying at a Disney resort. Also the quality of the breakfast buffet was poor and not worth the money spent. Finally, one of the elevators broke down but once reported was repaired immediately. Other than a good stay, the quality of the service given by the staff was excellent.

There's 3 things I do not like about this place, so I'll get them out of the way. 1. The Housekeeping Staff kept knocking on our doors simply to ask if we were checking out. This has never happened to me at any other hotel and it was a bit annoying. 2. They will charge a $35/day resort fee, ON TOP of what you already paid for your daily rate which makes no sense and also was unexpected! And 3. They will charge you to park per day which is terrible to do to your resort guests! (Note: we didn't drive, but this would deter me from staying here if we had to rent a car on a future trip). That all being said, this Hotel was beautiful, relaxing, and just an all around great experience! The pool area was great and clean, pool was warm, bonfire was going at night, Oasis bar staff was outstanding, the rooms were clean, staff was friendly! And you can't beat the 4 minute walk across the street to Disney Springs! If we do another short trip to Disney, like this was, I will absolutely come back!
