/16/2023 Hello. I am currently booked today the 16th, checking out on 18th. I have no TV service cause the management said their provider is down (since i checked in this morning till now) and worst there is no room service as management says their kitchen are so busy cause they have a function going on. The website shows cable t.v. and room service. I didn't know this was going to be the kind of service at this hotel this time for this hotel have been my go to for when i just want to have a quick booking to rest and eat on my room. I booked this hotel today (in haste) so opted the no cancellation option cause I thought the regular facilities like cable TV and room service is available. Helppppp, I need my cable and I need my room service. I am soooo upset. This is hiway robbery if I cannot get my usual amenities in a hotel for the reason they use which is their sky cable provider is not working and their kitchen is too busy because they have a function.

I like this place and have stayed several times. It's not new or shiney but I like the nostalgia feel to it. Large hallways, bathtubs. They have insured that there is wifi connection in all the rooms. The management has taken good care of the building. It's near a lot of restaurants and things to do and reasonably priced.

Over all this place is good, value for your money. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is quite fast and the staff very accommodating. We visited on May, it's a Monday and stayed for 3 days, the place is not that busy. The breakfast buffet cost approx ₱300 ($5.50) and it's okay. They have a wide variety of menu. From the viands to the fruits and the juices / coffee. The rooms are good too, although the bathroom we had needs some fixing. The shower cannot be place on its holder, making it a little difficult to take a shower. But over all, the beds are comfortable and their linens and clean. The hygienic kits are also available. The location is great, it's near Fuente Circle and near a lot of establishments where you could go for grocery, buy delicacies for souvenirs, and maybe even breakfast... there's Starbucks and Bo's Coffee nearby.

Overpriced for an old hotel. Went for a business trip, booked this because of the location. 1. Room is almost empty, need to ask everything from the front desk. 2. Didn’t provide you with basic necessities (toothbrush, toothpaste, number for front desk, flat iron, coffee, water, and lot more) 3. They are not even updated with customer information like what services you availed. 4. Restroom needs lot of repairs from bath tub, old shower curtains, very hard toilet flush,etc.) BEST TIP: there are lot of better hotels other than this one with same or cheaper price 👌🏻
