Didn't stay. Had a spa day. It was lovely. Could do with more beds around the pool. Afternoon Tea was good but no wow factor. Cakes tasted lovely but weren't as nice as others places. Tasted nicer than they looked to be fair, but afternoon tea is as much about presentation as the food. Best thing about the afternoon tea was the warm scones and the fact you had individual jams and cream in jars.

Had the most amazing stay ever. Had the most amazing spa treatment, lady was so tallented and kept asking me how I found it which was lovely. Got served by the most hard working bar tender, she deserves the world. Thank you everyone for making my stay so special xx

So my trip was made for me by the reception attendant Laura. She went out of her way to make me comfortable, as much as I commented a silly thing in check in that I always look forward to is biscuits. When I got to the room there were no biscuits. I told her this later in passing and she had them sent up without me asking for them. She is great and made my experience at this hotel!
