Excellent quality spacious apartments only 10 minutes walk from Waverley station. Great facilities, very large comfortable bed, clean well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet so getting a good night's sleep is no problem.

Avoid at all cost: a classic bait-and-switch The pictures they show on their website (and booking) are NOT what you will find. It's a classic bait-and-switch. They have renovated a couple of units they show on all booking sites, the rest are very outdated, rundown and downright terrible. (check the real pictures I've posted with this review against their marketing). The windows didn't stay open, the toilet didn't flush, the fridge had leftover food, the kitchen had mold, the bathroom was probably 20 years old. nowhere close to the nice apartments from their pictures. When we went to complaint about this, they told me the manager cannot be contacted via phone, only by email. To add insult to injury, they showed me the renovated room and when we wanted to move into it, another family was moving in, saying they've been waiting for the move since the day before, because of the same situation. They offered to reimburse us as the most generous offer in the World, actually as a great favor to us. We found a great hotel for the same money.

The place was relatively cheap compared to the others and it just a few minutes walk to Edinburgh castle (20-30mins) and a few minutes walk to the station. The only issue is that the toilets are slightly hard to flush if you have those old level-like flush ones and that their doors have a tightened door closer on of the rooms we were staying at and it would keep banging it self shut if we left it to shut it self closed. Otherwise Great service and Great location would book again.

It was a great location, within 10 minute walk of either attractions or the bus but set back so not particularly noisy. It was clean, beds were comfy, plenty of hot water, shower was powerful. Kitchenette was brilliant as we could self cater, we didn't realise there was a washer/dryer in there too (also wash powder there) . We could have done with a few extra pieces of kitchen equipment and softer pillows but they are minor gripes. We will definitely be staying again.
