We had a small but super cozy room. Nice staff and good location. The building itself is also very beautiful. And one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had in my life. I have to say that the price is quite high, but that's the case pretty much everywhere in Helsinki.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and it was amazing. Very nice staff, listening to your wants and needs and very professional. The hotel itself is amazing, with the old castle look, inside and outside the main building. The room we had was fantastic, and the bedding is very, very, very good. We slept So well. Also, the reception is open 24/24h. Regarding the breakfast, you have pretty much everything you might want. There was also some Finnish food, which I find important to have (local food) in those kind of buffets. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from the center, So it’s very well located ! To conclude, I would highly recommand and come back to the same hotel if I had to travel to Helsinki again.

It's a really cool building, the breakfast was fabulous, the service was great. The interior design was nice-looking but not so functional. Whoever designed the bathrooms (both in the rooms and in the more public spaces) needs to be fired from their job and never allowed to work on a design project again.

The location of the hotel is very good in the city center. The rooms are compact but still spacious enough with very comfy beds. Our room was nice and quiet, but it was located on the first floor and had a lot of through traffick by our door and the noise traveled through the door to our room. The bathroom is also roomy, but for a Finnish person the floor was ice cold. Also the shower drain kept lifting off from its place. The breakfast was really good and versatile and served on the weekends until noon.
