Hotel Lilla Roberts skillfully merges style with history, situated conveniently between Helsinki's dynamic business district and an esteemed residential area. This location ensures a peaceful yet easily accessible stay, just a short distance from top-tier restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the hotel does lack amenities like a swimming pool and sauna, making it particularly suited for business and leisure travelers in the warmer seasons. Nonetheless, during Helsinki's chillier months, guests might find the room temperature, which rarely exceeds 20°C, a bit uncomfortable, especially when outside temperatures plummet to -20°C. Additionally, despite its 5-star rating, the hotel does not offer concierge services. Moreover, the level of hospitality at the reception could be enhanced to better reflect the hotel's prestigious status.

I knew it was a good decision to stay at Hotel Lilla Roberts. The reception team was amazing. Great service, polite, friendly and pleasant. They are helpful and give good advise. The hotel is posh-boutique-cosy and has a luxurious appeal. The rooms are satisfyingly large. Good location to many places. A walk away from Senaatintori, The Christmas Market, Restaurant Story, … and more!

Unfortunately when you return from a walking tour at 15.00 and your room is not made up ,one does get annoyed, then you ring reception and 30 min later they have still not made it up...I am upset! Then the bar that should be open at 15.00 is not open till 17.00 I am getting v upset , nowhere to turn...actually there is nowhere to turn because the room is so small, I believe we made an error in staying here ...do not make our mistake! Advise to go elsewhere! Also house restaurant is closed for dinner, really?
