The room is spacious. I just don’t understand the full kitchen area in the room. All the cabinets are … empty. But we enjoyed our stay. Big bathroom. The view from the room is on the bar/restaurant downstairs. So it is quiet (no noise from the street)

Just fantastic, everything perfect 👌 10/10 Food is fresh ant tasty, 3 times per day: 06:00 - 09:60 Breakfast 15:00 - 17:00 Fika 18:00 - 21:00 Dinner Wide range of food, you'll find what you want for sure. First time in my life - and I am 45 and travel enough - I have heard and found new amazing thing - FIKA (a relaxing coffee and cake break) "Fika is a concept, a state of mind, an attitude and an important part of Swedish culture. Many Swedes consider that it is almost essential to make time for fika every day. It means making time for friends and colleagues to share a cup of coffee (or tea) and a little something to eat." Ladies in Recep polite and working quickly. Rooms are huge and clean, good sound isolation. Its free of charge to go and train in the gym on 2nd floor, there I have found steam sauna 🌪️ - I am in deep Love with this thing. Really 💚 So if you need overnighting in Goteborg, come here, its wonderful place to stay ✅

I have revisited Clarion Odin after 3 years, hadn’t been there since before the pandemic . This time I have only tried their dinner buffet, without being a hotel guest. While I remember the buffet being quiet good 3 years back, and included in the price of the rooms, now (August 2023) it’s still included in the price of the rooms but the quality has decreased significantly, which is a shame.

Pros: Comfortable bed 🛏️ Close to station 🚉 Nice breakfast 🥞 Great dinner 🍽️ Cons: Tv could be slightly bigger (28 inch atm?) No Chromecast Two single blankets for a double bed instead of a large one. We asked for some extra toilet paper and soap in advance but didn't get one. Then when asked for cleaning of room and some new towels that was also missed. But thankfully we were able to get some soap and towels in the reception at midnight anyway. For some reason dirty cutlery was brought out to the restaurant and it needed another wash. There seemed to be blood on the curtains as well. We got some compensation for the troubles so that's a plus. We are willing to give it another shot in the future :)
