Nice hotel with an older feel to it. The service is excellent and the location is very good with walking distance to museums and the city center. The breakfast was fresh, well-prepared and an attentive service.

It's a good hotel, location is confusing. Staff, especially at reception, are amazing and kind. The rooms are vintage and old timey, but they are good. Even comes with a shaving kit. Edit: Evening out my review at 4 after the first day. Food is mid-tier, not the best breakfast at hotel that you would expect, but there is an executive lounge for those who pay/business class. There is a pool, sauna, and small gym, so that raises my review.

The location of the hotel was good but I had quite a few problems with the room while I was staying there. The room didn't have any handwash in, there was also a huge spiderweb in the top corner of the room. I ordered breakfast in my room for 9am the next morning and it never arrived so I went down to reception who told me to speak to the staff in the restaurant, and I stood there for 5 minutes and nobody came to help me and there was nobody I could speak to. By this time, it was too late to get breakfast anywhere else as I had to head to the airport. I paid 165kr for a breakfast that I didn't get.
