Home Sweet Home Tattoo is the cutest and most welcoming tattoo shop I’ve ever been to! The decor and atmosphere truly makes you feel at home. I’ve been a client of Magie’s for many years and have always been a huge fan of her work. It’s been such a blessing to see her grow into this latest iteration of her business. She is so compassionate, patient and supportive through the design process, she lets you know exactly what is going on through the whole process! She’s trained in trauma informed tattooing, and it really shows in her process. She offers snacks and drinks so you’re comfortable and maintain your energy throughout the session. I highly recommend visiting this amazing space and spending time with this amazing human!

Expert tattoo work done in a clean, comfortable shop. Magie's creative vision brought my ideas to life in a way I couldn't have imagined, knowing exactly the placement and details required. The shop is hygienic and private- it is easy to relax through the tattooing process. Magie is easily reachable for consults and after care. Highly recommend.

SUCH A COOL SHOP! got a Tattoo on my thigh this weekend and had an overall 10/10 excellent experience. the artist and shop owner Magie was incredible. Very knowledgeable on many styles of tattoo and was great at communicating what would work best in terms of placement and design, her table side manner was outstanding, very clean, with a great sense of humor, made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their first tattoo as well as any ink junkies out there looking for a new spot for some great art and conversation. Magie has been in the biz for 20+ years and it reflects in every aspect of the shop's presentation and her work. Home Sweet Home itself is a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with bold colors and wickedly curated antiques, stylish accents, snacks, cool art books and great music (the artist is flexible and will let you listen to whatever). Home Sweet Home easily raises the bar standard for any tattoo parlor in NJ

Wow, this shop is incredible! The owner is Magie Serpica, one of the most well-known and established tattoo artists in Brooklyn and Staten Island. She is a true ink master and can do multiple styles, from traditional to new school, Japanese, color, black and gray! She is also incredible with cover-ups, scars, or skin sensitivities. The shop is beautifully decorated, clean, professional, and very much Home Sweet Home, and she is LGBTQIA+ friendly. A short drive from the city and a beautiful experience all around!
