We were there for a month. Our son had major surgery and needed help. He lived within walking distance. Everything was wonderful. Not one negative thing. It was comfortable, quiet, very accommodating.

Charged 15 per room for parking. Had 1 vehicle and 2 rooms. Sofa bed broken in the suite. Checked in and within in 30 mins around 5/5:30pm went to vehicle and was already broken into. Security was supposed to be on site till 9pm. No video cameras. Sure seemed like an inside job. Very much unhappy.

I selected this rating of 1 star because I already paid for the room, and then they go of the Hilton Honors program: [There are 4 membership tiers. Member -$12 dollars Silver Gold Diamond $6 dollars] "They charge an extra $12 per day for parking in the lot." $6 If you are a higher rewards member. Still, this is a standard lot. "Not a covered lot, open to the elements, not a securely gated lot, with a patrol car around only at night. "Overly aggressive security guard." "A staff member warned me that he once was called by the security guard who had accosted an elderly woman on a walker because she forgot to put her paper parking pass in her car's driver's side window. Who was staying at the hotel." It is just a lot that is available to anyone to access. "There's nowhere else to park." However, guess who visits have guess parking areas. In theory, they don't need a pass, but I was given two of the $12 passes just in case by the front desk attendee, who told me the overly aggressive security guard would not mess with them if they had it. An employee told me they only clean your room every three days after check-in. They charge the patrons a daily cleaning fee, which is inappropriate. So that is why I put a 1. "Very disappointed with my stay."
