The rooms were very hot. The bathrooms was smelly but pretty clean. The service was non existent. It was all by phone which felt not the safest and not very reassuring being travelers from out of the country. Location was very far from everything. Not many cafes open around there except Rusty’s Bar which has amazing coffee OJ pastries. They saved us being the only place open. the cleaning staff was banging the doors and the rooms had paper thin walls. Could barely fall asleep and was woken up very early. One fan in the room to blow around warm air.

We stayed here and the truth is that the communication with the person in charge was very good, 1 day before our arrival he contacted us by WhatsApp and answered the questions we had regarding the check-in time, etc. Upon arrival, we contacted her by phone and she did not explain, in our language, step by step how to enter both the building and the room. Everything very simple and safe. Note that the bathroom is shared with another room but in our case, during the first day and part of the second, the room we shared it with was empty and we only met the other guests one morning. As for the location, it is 5-10 minutes in a straight line from the central train station as well as the Santa Maria Novella church, the rest, all the places can be reached by walking very quickly, in about half an hour you are in the Ponte Vecchio.

I had the opportunity to stay at this property during my holiday in Florence. The rooms are very clean, well-equipped and located in a strategic position just a few minutes from the Santa Maria Novella central station. Good value for money and very convenient and fast self-service check-in and check-out service. If I were to return to Florence, I would stay here again. Thank you!

Almost a scam, I ask for and book a standard double room for two people and I find myself in a "hole" with a queen-size bed. Shared bathroom not marked. Noisy place, you could even hear what was going on in the other rooms and bathrooms. Hair on the sheets, in short, everything is horrible. The worst thing is the teasing... the girl who spoke via WhatsApp and stop. I ask to pay with cash and I am told that it is not possible, everything is done remotely. Ah, I forgot: they called me at 3.00 am the day before to pre-check in twice, waking me and my son up, really shocking!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FROM ALL POINTS OF VIEW
