This was my husband and I first time staying at this place. When we entered through the rear entrance, there were so many black cats at the door. We were startled! When we entered the hotel, we smelled a reek of cat and dog! It was disgusting! When we entered our room we wanted to shower and get comfortable but there was no hot water. We called the front desk and they switched us to another room. The new room had a broken cabinet door hanging from the hinge, and when we cooked our dinner and washed dishes the dam floor in the kitchen was soaked with water. We called the front desk and they told us that there is no maintenance on site. Therefore, they brought us towels to soak up the water. What a mess at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, I must say, but customer service stinked! They were rude each time we called with a problem...very unprofessional! They showed no willingness to correct the issues we had. It seemed to us that they didn't care! We are DIAMOND MEMBERS and should not have encountered/ experienced a Hilton brand hotel! We are never staying there again! The hotel/ motel needs renovating & surveillance cameras around the property!

Front desk was very kind and accommodating. Quickly fixed any issues we had with room. Rooms were nice size, beds were soft. Delicious complimentary hot breakfast, lots of choices. Check-in and out smooth. Several food places nearby

The rooms were very spacious and accommodating for the same rate as other smaller rooms in different hotels close by. It was not as clean as I prefer, and there was significant noise from the parking lot through the night that kept me up but overall it was acceptable for a short notice booking. We will stay again next time we are in the area. Thank you for the hospitality.

I am a Diamond member and my nonsmoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and I was unable to move to another room, despite having two young children with a history respiratory issues. I would have left if there were other options nearby but we were there for a funeral and because of the holiday there weren’t other options in the area. I’m never going back, and can’t recommend this hotel.
