I stayed at this location for 60 days, and I really enjoyed my time. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff really try and keep everything clean and organized. Parking is a little hard on Friday and weekends due to local shopping outlets. Food for breakfast and happy hour could be better. Breakfast was pretty basic and happy hour, they have salad, bread, and soup with beer and wine. It's a pet friendly hotel . I love pets, but they need to remind guest to clean up behind their pets.I will stay at this location again mainly because the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton with my family, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. While the staff was friendly, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The extra bed in the living room was in a terrible condition - dirty and extremely uncomfortable. We were supposed to have a comfortable sofa bed for our kids, but it was far from it. To make matters worse, when we called for fresh bedsheets and bedding, we were told it was too late, even though it was before the specified time. They argued about it and never provided the service we requested. We were also given a limited number of fresh towels, which was not ideal for a family of four. Overall, our stay was marred by the poor condition of the extra bed, unresponsive service, and limited amenities. While the staff was friendly, it didn't make up for the uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

I like this hotel I like how clean it is and it has a nice breakfast. One caveat is if you stay in the dog section the halls do have an odor so keep that in mind. (Pet owners: do better!) And on Sunday mornings they have a farmers market that blasts music so if you're facing that area on the northwest side keep that in mind and try to get a room facing the pool on Saturday night

I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially the GM Darren. He accommodated a last minute request booking for me and my coworkers during their busy season. The hotel is walking distance to 3 very good restaurants, one of which has lice music almost every night of the week. The area is in a nice part of Tucson and close to even nicer areas like Oro Valley and La Encatada. The rooms have a full kitchen with pots, pans and utensils with a medium size fridge/freezer. The front desk staff is very friendly and always helpful. Highly recommended and will be staying here again!
