I really love this hotel. You can literally FEEL how clean it is. No exaggeration, I would eat off the floors of this place if I had to and wouldn’t mind. Plus, inside the lobby and common areas are some of the most beautiful pieces of furniture I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff is accommodating as any staff I’ve ever encountered. I’ve stayed there twice and would do so again in a heartbeat! Run, don’t walk to this place. It’s truly marvelous.

This newer hotel is located in a beautiful foothills location close to all the sites we wanted to visit. We loved the unique boutique styling of the lobby and gathering spaces. The rooms were nice, but not without some issues. Water leaked out of the shower door drenching the bathroom floor, the electrical outlet over the coffee bar didn't work, the entry ceiling light flickered all night while turned off, the green smoke detector light blinked constantly, and there was a small hole in the wall next to the light switch in the bathroom. Not things you would expect from such a new Hilton brand hotel. Housekeeping did not service our room when we left for the day, and they were right outside our door in the hallway when we left, so we only had the wet towels still in our room that soaked up all the water that leaked from the shower. We had to go down to the lobby to request fresh towels. We were also told our room had a mountain view upon check in, which was a half truth. We saw the mountains only by getting close to the railing of the balcony of which we paid extra for. We will probably stay at this hotel again because the overall impression was a positive one, and things do happen on occasion where a room has issues.

Beautiful views!!! Staff are extremely friendly in the rooms are gorgeous and very clean. Beds are comfortable. The pool is amazing. Food is good. Love staying at the Eddie every chance I get.

This is our second time staying at this property, & we could not be more pleased at the hospitality, comfort, & ambience this beautiful boutique hotel provides. We are relocating to the area permanently, and have been staying intermittently as we have been planning our move. This has been an oasis for us during our home search, & temporary housing needs. Everyone from the front desk staff to the amazing bar and restaurant is so helpful and friendly. They are very responsive to all of our needs. Even before I checked in, Axel was reaching out to me by text to see if I needed anything at all, and he continued to periodically check on me throughout our stay. It made me feel very valued and appreciated as a guest. It’s a little touches like this that make this property stand out. I will continue to recommend this to friends and family when they come visit us in our new home in Tucson. As for the rooms themselves, they are well appointed, fresh and clean, with a beautiful, elegant, but simplistic style. The bedding is very comfortable and plush. Please do not miss this little gem, if and when you are in Tucson!
