Brutal place, you WILL NOT feel safe behind the closed door. The room I had was horrible. Was never cleaned, or bed made over. Room floor rug had huge rips, stains, and everything was falling apart. The door frame looked like it was kicked in a few dozen times. Towels and rags holding the AC unit into the wall. Very sketchy building and operators. Decided to cancel my 4th night and leave early. They refused to give me my money back because I reserved for 4 nights. Save a little extra more money and choose a better place to stay, specially if you're with family.

False information about the pool, security & condition of the facility. Very difficult to latch the patio door. Big air gaps under front door & patio door. Toilet was plugged that they did unplug. Pictures that were obviously many years old had shown a beautiful outdoor pool. The pool was cracked and falling apart and had no water in it. We asked & were told the area was very safe and our car & other ones were broken into in the night. The only thing that made the place bearable was working air-conditioning. Not enough to make up for the other things!

Beyond a dump!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!! One of the buildings caught on fire and is boarded up. Nowhere near what the pictures show! Very false description. The main usable building is in serious need of repair. Cops in the parking lot when we got there. We left and didnt stay....Go elsewhere!!!

The new management are trying to steal our money. By saying that we owe money and that we need to get out today! Saying we owe for these last four days of the month of August. When we checked in March 15th & we paid for the last weeks of March. We have been paying 1000 a month and now since the new management came we pay 1500.... .slumlords they are greedy people. So watch out people don't trust this new management. They rip the shirt right off your back! Greedy people. Like we are born on disability. I have lupus and they know that. Now we're going to be homeless again. We will be sleeping outside from the 31st of August on. And it's going to be cold soon. And we don't like sleeping in shelter. We like to stick together......we were paying 1500 for a below par room. Where the electricity breaker kept going out bc couldn't even plug the TV and microwave and air conditioner at once there is a bad leak in the washroom. If you look closely you'll see mold in the tub up above I don't even think they changed the bedding after the last occupants that stayed before us! Paid $1500 for a not suitable for loving. The place went way downhill since they took over. Just plain racist don't seem like they like natives. So steer clear of here if your native they probably won't rent to you or even take A second look. So there it is.... Karmas going to get b them. Just trying to discriminate. Against aboriginal or of native background

This place needs to get renovated. There was a bug on the bed. You can not open the sliding door easily. The bathroom was disgusting. It needs a new tub. The towel hanger was taped to hold it up. For three guests, they had two towels. The toilet was plugged. Had made reservations, but they did not have me on . Very terrible customer service. Would not recommend d this place to anyone.
