This hotel was way over-priced because everything about it was cheap. It had the thinnest ‘bars’ of soap I’ve ever seen, bad fluorescent lighting and out-dated everything. The staff were not friendly. When I checked in I gave the receptionist cash for the damage deposit and he counted it 2-3 times to make sure I gave him the amount I said. Then the next morning I had to wait to get it back even though I could see the envelope in the drawer. The breakfast was adequate but the coffee was awful. I was booking only a day in advance so didn’t check the reviews. Next time I’ll know better. To the hotel staff: please don’t respond to my comments. I’ve read your responses to other people and it doesn’t look like any improvements have been made.

Worst. Ever. charged 20$ for using towels cause my hair dye bled a bit even though I (as a former house keeper In hotels) know that is not how this works and they SHOULD be bleaching and washing everything between uses. This was the final straw for a horrible stay. Terrible customer service . Unable to even provide a receipt . STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

The price of hotels have gone ridiculous, so we took a chance on a middle of the road price and yikes, did we ever lose that bet! First off, if you have any mobility issues, this is NOT the place for you. We had booked a room in the first floor that is only accessible by two sets of stairs, so that was a bit of a surprise. The rooms, furniture and decor are stuck in the 70s and those were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. Beyond all that (which can be overlooked), the cherry that topped off our evening happened minutes after we checked in when we had knocking at our door, to which I was met with two very confused and somewhat high looking individuals trying to find their dealer who was paging them at that exact moment. I sent them away, of which they returned about 5 mins later, begging to see 'Louis', who they were sure was in my room. To which I slammed the door in their faces again.... apparently he was doing business in the room next door, of which that room had a balcony where he could watch his customers come and go from. Somehow they had gained access to the floor of which you needed a key card to get into. This made us feel very wary and unsafe about leaving our electronics in the room when we went to get dinner and caused us not to get much sleep on those horrible beds. We couldn't get out of there fast enough in the morning. Will never go back.

The deposit was not returned yet one week after checked-out! NO responds to the emails!!! When I check-in, I used my debit card to pay for the deposit. The staff told us that the deposit will be returned to my card after they checked the room when I check out. However, I found the deposit was not yet returned one weeks after we leave the hotel. I called to the hotel and was told that I have to revisit the hotel again to get back the deposit. The staffs helped us to check-in and check-out didn’t told us about that! Besides, who will expect a tourist to return to the hotel after their trip? It's non-sense!
