Great location between 2 metro stations and across the road from a nice market and with some nice restaurants nearby. Not easy to find though. Staff were welcoming and friendly, however I booked a double room for my wife and I and was given a twin room instead that had a shortage of power sockets. It strikes me as a Hostel that thinks it's a hotel and all a bit ambiguous. In a hostel I would expect a small kitchen where I could at least boil a kettle and do a little cooking for myself, but not here, no kitchen! In a hotel I would expect housekeeping during my stay and overall a better standard (the light fitting was dangling by the wires, the hallway and room were cramped), again not here. The only thing going for it really I think is the location and so for one or two nights I think it'd be ok.

Very strange place. Feeling like sharing a room in old granny's apartment :D Nobody speaks English, my room and closet were tiny (literally, my knees were pressed to the wall, while sitting in WC). And the biggest problem: noise. The most noise was produced by administrator, who has been watching tv loudly late in the evening and walking along the corridor. All the sounds are hearable from the room. Price is totally not worth the quality The cleaning is good, the location is perfect.

This is a great budget business hotel in the heart of Madrid. Clean and basic. No kettle or fridge. Balcony and hot water, good wifi. You won't find better for your money in this location.
