A place to lay your head at night - nothing fancy. Great location in heart of gothic old town. Wifi did not work - couldn’t even connect once (I’d really recommend fixing this if you house travellers). No elevator but they give you a heads up on their sites. A bit musty from the old building - not much they can do about that but they did try by putting air fresheners in the room.

Both the location and the cleanliness were superb. And the WiFi worked great! We had an economy double bedroom that was small, but enough for the night. We missed a common room to enjoy a bit of a bigger space, the Hostel doesn't offer any place for guests to come together. The mattresses should get exchanged for some better ones as we could feel the springs. There is a serious lack of any shelf or board to put stuff or even hooks to hang the towels. We had to live out of our backpack, lying on the floor. Also our cosmetic bags needed to stay on both the sink and the toilet. Adding some cupboards would improve the room by far! Our window led to the backyard which made it very quiet to the outside. When openig it smelled a bit like food. We could hear our direct room neighbours, but it was alright. Considering that the price for the room plus tourist tax is 50€ per night, I have admit, I'm a bit disappointed. With just some minor updates this hostel might improve a lot!

Very clean, close to everything we wanted to do and the people working there are so friendly. If you have a lot of bags it could be hard for you to go up all the stairs especially since some are leaning steps. Since we did not have bags it did not affect us.

Only good for location, nothing else. Wifi didn’t work in our room and when I asked staff to help they were uninterested in helping me and tried blaming it on me. No lift to go up the 7 flights of stairs to get to the *second* floor where we stayed. Really modern rooms but no fridge or kettle. Cleaning service came into our room even with the do not disturb / no molesten sign on the door. Then we did ask for a clean and they didn’t change the sheets or take out garbage.
