I stayed here last summer and the staff were very friendly and accommodating and made me feel at home. The kitchen facilities were really good, I loved the breakfast and the hostel was very clean. The central location was perfect for exploring Barcelona. I also loved the cozy atmosphere, which struck the right balance between socializing and personal space. Whether you're looking to meet other travellers or enjoy your privacy, this hostel is the ideal choice. In all my travels, this is one of my most favourite places to stay. Highly recommended!

A very nice place to stay, excellent location, friendly staffs, and nice environment. It makes you feel like home, cozy and comfy. Every corner is well-decorated. It’s clean and nice in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are 2 parts in this hostel. Hostel site and hotel site. We stayed at hotel site. Such a beautiful room 😍😍 We will definitely come back next time!

A very friendly old style hostel with a distinct "home" feel. The best one I have stayed in so far, especially the bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. They don't have AC though, which might be an issue in summer, but haven't been in summer. No curfew, but kitchen closes at 23:00. Bed have a firm style mattress. Location is excellent.

This is what I would call a modern but old school hostel, which is sadly a disappearing form of art. The common area is very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is big and really very well equipped. Having been on the road for couple of weeks, it was an absolute joy to cook there. The decor is great, allowing the old building to present some of its unique features. The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately the bathroom did have a smell of mildew. This is the downside of having a modern hostel, everybody (including me) wants an ensuite, and sometimes bathroom installations are done with less than perfect quality. But no matter. The staff were really nice and gave some top tips on where to go, and really made everybody feel at home. Great place, will go again when in Barcelona.
