Not actually satisfied about this hostel; plus are the position, definitely a plus since from here you can easily and kind quickly reach every point of interest in the city, room is quite comfortable and large, nice balcony and we appreciated the card / key that opens every door and the possibility of a self check. On the other hand the room was quite noisy, you can hear people coming back to the hostel and people partying in the street as of they were in the room. Moreover, shower drain didn't work properly and smell quite bad and in April the weather was already quite hot so we dont understand why bed was made up with only a very warm duvet. Last but not least, the reception closes at 15 so you cannot leave the luggage later on, you still have the possibility to leave it in another hostel located at a 20 mins walking distance. For the price we've paid we were expecting somthing better...

Excellent value for money. The simple accommodation accounts comfortable beds, TV, large shower, and good location - close to Passeig de Gracia metro station. Our room was clean. The receptionist was very nice.

It is very convenient place to stay. It’s easy to get to the city and go sightseeing. A grocery store is located on the same street so you can buy snacks and drink. Unfortunately, they don't have a fridge and staff for 24H. Overall, it is the best place to

Stay away from this place. We got to Barcelona after having booked this hotel months in advance. To our surprise, when we got to the entrance no one answered the door. We called and the lady said we didn't have a reservation, and it was impossible that I had a confirmation since the hotel was full. She didn't even let us in to talk. We were on the streets, without a place to stay after 27 hours of transit. Booking called them and confirmed we had a reservation that got ignored due to overbooking. Luckily we got another hotel, but it was far from the center and cost us time and money. Avoid this place if you don't want this kind of surprise in your trip.

The place is clean and well located but do not expect much more. You would probably end up disappointed. The personalized service marketed on the website is totally non existant. Plus, be very careful when booking. Check in time is restricted and not obviously displayed on the hostal website (if displayed at all). We got noticed of this "small detail" when receiving our booking confirmation (non modifiable nor refundable of course). When asking for some flexibility and understanding regarding the situation we did not recognize the friendly service highlighted but rather faced a poor customer- oriented management. We had no other choice but to book in another place and pay double price for our first night in Barcelona. We did not get the chance to meet more of this attentive staff during the rest of our stay as we faced a closed office everytime we stopped by. Just a phone number to call in case of questions...
