Very classy apartment. Large spaces and secure. Has a great balcony. The staff was very attentive. Marinda and Alex were very nice and got our room ready. Ride share and bus stop right out front. Restaurants and grocery stores were close by. I really wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

I can only speak to the customer service aspects as I canceled the reservation due to the company requesting selfies of my entire family, including children, to complete the booking. I felt this was completely inappropriate so I asked them to confirm they really needed photos of my children and they said it was required by the local police. Feeling very uncomfortable, I began to look for other reviews and found similar stories including more issues for people that actually stayed. I requested a cancellation with the company 2 days prior to our arrival through booking.com who said the company verbally agreed to cancel our reservation without penalty so I found a better option and booked it. The next morning, Ola Living replied that they would not honor the cancelation so I am now resolving the dispute through booking.com and ensuring as many people as possible are aware of the practices of this company. Stay well clear...there are better options that do not require you to submit photos of minors.

There was no basic items to make it easier to cook like salt and pepper or oil. We were supplied a spare toilet roll and had to buy our own after that. One of the beds had been used before and we had to wash the sheets. One of the single bedrooms was so small you could hardly move around the bed There was 5 bedrooms and 7 people but not enough chairs around the table and only lounge seating for 4 people. You had to clean away all bins and food items before you left otherwise you would be charged an extra 50 euros. However the balcony was nice but I wouldn’t recommend this place

Lock was broken. We were 5 and only had 2 keys, so had to leave the door open most of the time, which felt unsafe. It was insanely noisy. People talked loudly in the hallways all night and screamed. The old lift shrieks and bangs all night long. Someone rang our doorbell at 4am. Staff were rude. They messed up the booking and told us it was our problem. When asked a question they responded like moody teenagers. I hated my stay here.

Way too overpriced for what you get, we booked an entire apartment, during the first day, the electricity went off around 7 times and we had to inform the reception every time to get it fixed. Also, it’s veery loud at night, especially on Friday and Saturday! Location is also not the best. Would definitely not book again. Also for 5 people you only get 3 door cards which makes it difficult, as we came to the city for work.
