I don't recommend this place. I had made a reservation for next week through one of those hotel websites on the internet. I received reservation information just to make sure everything was okay, I called by phone. They told me that my reservation did NOT exist and that they would check if there is space, the reservation was made more than a week ago. I have the confirmation message for anyone who wants to see it. No. They sent a message saying only that there is no space, so my question is? What type of information and confirmation did I receive? Will they be serious in their business relationships? Have the staff who work there taken any customer service courses? Are they a serious company? I do not recommend them nor do I plan to use them in the future. Look for other alternatives that take their clientele and visitors seriously.
