My mother and I stayed here in late September 2022. The location is ok - about a ten minute walk from the station, but it is in the opposite direction to the old town, so it's a bit extra to walk to attractions. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and it had a lovely shower. The air conditioner wasn't all that good, but we didn't want to open the window because we would have needed to open the shutter all the way. But the window glass goes all the way down to the floor which mean anyone outside could have seen straight into our room. Breakfast was quite good. I would stay here again, although perhaps not in summer.

We had a lovely stay at Novo Hotel Rossi just to be close to the train station for one night. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and the room was clean. The bed, however was a little soft but ok for one night. We also really liked that there were free hotel bikes available for guests and we took a short ride into the old town to visit the Christmas market and get some dinner.

Location is good 2-3 minutes from the train station, 20 minutes on foot from the center. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and adequate. We did not try the breakfast. A good hotel where I would stay again.

A really good solution for anybody who needs to be close the train station Verona Porta Nuova. Not too far from the centre neither. Despite being very close to the station (5 min walk), the hotel itself is in a quiet, residential street. The room was clean, modern, spacious and well equipped, with free water bottles in the fridge. The receptionist was kind and useful. Dogs are accepted.

Good: service staff were very kind and gave us helpful advice for seeing the opera, held our luggage when we arrived too early for check-in, close to the station Bad: rooms look modern but on closer inspection you see they have not been well-maintained, and the cleaning was very sub-standard, air-con was very noisy, bedding looked fine but was cheap and plasticky to sleep in Overall I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re there for a night and desperate to stay near the station. We were disappointed considering the fairly okay reviews.
