We were greeted outside the hotel by a a pleasant and nice women. The room was very clean tidy and cozy. The showers were very clean and updated. The staff was helpful and attentive. The location is perfect even our taxi driver admitted so… yes rooms are small, however it’s an older city building which a thought added to the charm. Highly recommend!

The staff was very nice, the area cozy and the rooms clean and good looking. However, that place is completely overpriced for the given room size and quality of living. It is a bunch of rooms built into a normal flat. We had the room next to the entrance and heard every conversation or opening of the main door at night.

It’s a little over the price for a room size that is a bit small for two. But it’s a neat hostel and the facilities are new. I love the heaters in particular—both the water and the room heaters are very reliable for winter holidays when the temperature drops and it gets extra cold in Madrid. Location is a plus, its close to Prta del Sol and the rest of the main thoroughfares.

I had a great 2 nights at this little gem of a place -I would for sure go back if I visit Madrid again - what a fab city. My room was very pretty, very clean and very comfy, bathroom perfect - the complimentary champagne (cava) and coffee were a nice surprise, the staff were super helpful and friendly and talk about location location location!!! It's perfect!! Thanks so much guys, I loved my Madrid stay!! Xxxx
