TERRIBLE!!!! It started the moment I tried to schedule it: one person talks to you on the phone, another on WhatsApp and another on Instagram. They don't communicate. You have to insist on a service and a response. (No one knows if there is a vacancy). Then, as soon as I arrived I was treated badly, saying that I insisted too much on accommodation and that I caused a commotion because of that, I was treated very badly. The room was different from the one I rented, much smaller, the answer I got was because I made the pix 10 minutes late. (and they shouted this to me), they rented the room I chose without telling me. He put me in another one charging the same amount, which was much lower. As a result, Marcelo (owner) shouted at me, and I still had to stay in a room with: filthy bedding, cockroaches everywhere, even climbing up my legs in the bed, a musty smell with a cockroach odor. I felt humiliated, deceived. I cried, I felt anguish. I just wanted to leave that place. Advice: RUN from this place.
