Awesome location and atmosphere, perfect for surfers. The view and location are great, right in front of Praia da Macumba, a perfect surf spot. You can rent surfboards and other equipment or take surf classes with a discount. Simple but good breakfast, but be ready to wait a bit for it, the kitchen isn't very agile. The beds are quite confortable and private, but because there are too many beds in each room, it can get pretty crowded and messy. Some showers have too little space to move and no towel hangers. The staff is very fiendly and helpful. Overall, great value for money.

I highly recommend this incredible hostel! It's situated just 10 meters away from the beach, offering a perfect location for relaxation. The team is absolutely lovely, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you're into surfing, this place is a must-visit, as it allows you to disconnect from the world and enjoy the waves. I personally loved it so much that I've already been there twice, and I'm already planning my next visit. A definite 100% recommendation! Cheers and heartfelt thanks to the amazing team!

My stay at Longboard Paradise Surfclub was absolutely perfect. The place is very nice and clean, I was comfortable the whole time. It is right in front of the beach so there is a gorgeous view of the ocean. Breakfast was included and it was a generous portion and yummy food! I also took advantage of the pool and sauna, which was super fun! All of the staff are kind, helpful, and welcoming. The restaurant at the place had great food and was fairly priced. I also ended up making friends with several of the other guests staying there! The place has a recreational room with a tv, sitting area, Sinuca table, and dining table. It was super cute and the perfect spot to socialize and hang out with friends. The surf lessons were my favorite part. The instructors were all very nice and wonderful teachers. I learned quite fast due to their guidance! And it was so fun hanging out with them while waiting for waves. I am also especially grateful for Lucas, who besides being an awesome surfing instructor, was a huge part of making my trip super exciting and fun! He had so many great recommendations for restaurants, bars and nightlife, and nearby beaches, hikes, and viewpoints (and almost all of them within walking distance!) He would sometimes accompany us on our outings and he is such lovely company! He went above and beyond to make sure we fell in love with Recreio Dos Bandeirantes, and I definitely did :) I will certainly be coming back here soon! Thanks a ton!
