We stayed there 2 nights. Good location if you want to see Manila and be close to the airport . So the location is good. Hotel itself is not well maintained. Rooms are not quite clean . Bathroom was very outdated and needed repair . Rooms are badly isolated both inside and outside . You need to have earplugs if you want to sleep at night . Breakfast is very limited . Most of plates are Asian . Probably this is what you get for the price you pay in Asia

I stayed at this ₱5000-per-night hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the staff was friendly. Most guests were from other countries. The rooms were nice with enough storage, and room service was quick. The hotel is near SMX, MOA, and many stores. The breakfast buffet was good. It's also very secure; you have to tap your card in the elevator before selecting your floor. However, the room door was heavy, and we had to wait for 30 mins to go to our room when we arrived, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Check-in took over an hour. There are far too few staff available. Unfortunately the staff is very slow and talk too much, you should invest in training. Queue management is not ok. We didn't have enough towels in the room and dirty bed linen. Elevators are always broken and waiting times are very long. The service is not good. Everything takes a long time. The only thing holding the wallpaper together is adhesive tape. Please allow plenty of time when checking out as the rooms will be checked. This takes a while.

Spent two nights and three days here. I expected a decent stay and service and thankfully Hotel 101 manage to exceed that. Upon checking in, there was a a bit of wait since the front desk has a line for those checking in and out. Expected this since the hotel is located near Mall of Asia and the airport so it was frequent by locals and foreigners. After checking in, we arrived at our room which was pretty clean and neat. Spacious at most and the beddings and linens were clean. There was no bathroom towels provided though which was kinda disappointing. I called room service regarding this and they responded that the towels will be delivered late since there was no delivery yet which was weird but didn’t bother thinking since they did provide bathrobes (which was obviously worn out haha). The entire stay was nice and the hotel staffs were all friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice but didn’t attempt to try since this was a public pool frequent by majority of the hotel guest. The elevators did have some waiting time involved since there was a lot of guest coming up and down during our stay. Lots of foreigners as well. Rooms require cards which was nice and secured. Will definitely book here again since it’s very close to MOA, SMX, and Arena.

I had a comfortable 2 night stay. The room was clean and the AC within the unit worked like a charm. What turned me off though was upon arrival was that there were zero towels in the washroom. Not even a towel to dry your hands let alone to dry yourself from a shower. After a long haul flight to Manila, I want to shower. I shouldn't have to ask the front desk for towels.
