I love the ambiance the staffs are great and accomodating especially i love the pillows there:) but one thing is not good that they want us to pay for the broken shower. When my partner opened the shower faucet the shower tube jump out of the shower handle by itself because of the pressure of the water and it fell down and broke. Ofcourse its not our fault that the handle was loosing its grip and we ddnt had any idea about it so it really broke and they want us to.oay for a thousand for that

I orderd a suite but got a standar room. Stayed fore 6 days and the room was never cleened. No water in the room and they charge 80php fore a bottle that costs 29php in the stores. The shower gel was emty and not filled. And towels was not in the room. And the room shows signs of wear. Mutch bether to stay at any other hotel in the area.
