It is my second time in Rome. The hotel is placed in a beautiful and cosy neighbourhood of Rome where its very safe only 5 minutes by feet from Fontana di Trevi. The staff is very friendly and the bedroom was well equipped modern and cosy. Subway is only a hundred meters away if you don't want to walk.Breakfast was good too. I have finally found my place to stay in Rome.

This place is great! Don’t know what everyone is whinging about- yes the hotel is closed after 5pm for check in, but they email you to give you the door code and keys are waiting for you inside. Room was spotlessly clean, air con was already on and amazing (ducted not machine so less intense and more comfortable) it was 40 degrees C so we needed it! bed was so comfy, blackout curtains, fridge, all new fitting and fixtures. Nicely decorated, Friendly staff. We have stayed in a lot of hotels around Europe in the same price range and this was by far the most comfortable. I have nothing negative to say, and for the price and location it’s an absolute bargain.

The rooms have several 'defects'. Many scratches and marks on walls, molds near windows, it was leaking some water from the shower base... The rooms have all basic things, but the matress is too short if you are over 1.8 meter tall. To make some stretch or yoga in the morning is impossible because the empty space is nihil. You hear all noise of neighbours through the walls also. Breakfast often was uncomplete. If you arrive 7am it's fine, but not if you arrive 8.30am....then everything is gone. So the topping up wasn't happening. Most of the staff is friendly...despite their limited English...they do everything to help you out. But some are quite arrogant.

I would give this hotel zero stars if possible. It has been the most unaccommodating and worst hotel of our one month Europe trip. After about an hour of waiting we were given our room in which we’re told to wait 30 more minutes until we turned on the air conditioning as the hotel owner was cleaning the filter. We turned on our air conditioning and headed out for the afternoon. Upon our return, we noticed that the room had not cooled down at all (Keep in mind it was 34 degrees celsius outside) and we took our complaint down to reception. She told us someone was coming in “2 minutes to fix it.” We did not want to waste more of our time so we headed out for dinner. We returned to no air conditioning and now no one in reception. We tried calling the phone number they left us as well as the emergency phone number in which we had no response. We stayed in the lobby for hours until far past midnight trying to cool down and figure this problem is out. There was no solution for us, no fans provided by the hotel and no response from the emergency line. This was the worst heat I had ever felt in doors and we specifically stayed at this hotel for the AC. After a terrible night of soaking towels to try and cool down with and zero sleep due to the unbearable heat, we headed to reception to complain again. She told us someone was on there way to fix it. After returning to our room yet again, no air conditioning and again, no one in reception (3:00pm). After speaking to others in the hotel, it seems as though many people are struggling with the same issue. There is no one working here that is able to assist and they do not answer the phone numbers they provide to their guests. Although visibly this hotel is decent, the customer service or lack there of is enough of a reason to avoid staying here.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and we love it. Small hotel, but very friendly staff. Specially Hugo. One of the front desk employee. Room was very nice and cleaned. Location is great, just about 8/10 min to Trevi Fountain ⛲. 5 min from Metro and Buses. Although there is a lot of scooters 🛴 nearby and is a perfect way to move around the city... Personally we would like to be back again.
