It was a terrible experience at this hotel. The hotel doesn't provide air conditioning for its customers. When we called the receptionist to report that the air conditioner in our room wasn't working, they said they needed a co-worker to fix it, but it couldn't be repaired at night. Even the other rooms were also like that. So, we decided to leave and find another hotel, asking for a refund. We couldn't stay without air conditioning, as it was too hot, and opening the windows exposed us to mosquitoes and loud noise. However, the receptionist informed us that he couldn't process the refund, as only the manager knew the procedure, and said the manager would do the refund for us when she return the next morning. Then spent the extra cost to the found another hotel. We spoke to the manager next morning, she claimed there was no issue with the air conditioner, and she couldn't provide a refund. We reiterated our experience from the previous night, but the manager insisted it was our problem and we had stayed for a few hours. During these two hours we experienced hot and can’t breathe and tried to opened the windows. I just want to let everyone know about our bad experience with this hotel. I can’t believe that this is a 4 star hotel.

You have to use tiny lift to enter in garage, and if you see how many scratches are on the lift walls you can imagine how many cars are damaged trying to enter or exit garage. Breakfast is, let say, pretty weak. They should know that, if company put reservation for two colleagues than you can't put them in double bed room with only one quilt 😀. It was really ridiculous. So in few words, lack of professionalism.

Had a wonderful one night stay there. Breakfast is small but good choice. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. If I’ll go to Zagreb again I’ll stay there too :)
