I would like to express my disappointment with the recent stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was not up to the expected standard. One major concern was the noise from the hotel's club, making it impossible for guests to sleep before 3-4 am. Despite several complaints, it seemed that the issue was not addressed. For future bookings, it would be helpful if such details are communicated, as it may impact the decision to choose this hotel. While I understand that preferences vary, it might be beneficial to highlight potential noise disturbances. Additionally, the breakfast experience was less than satisfactory. Arriving at 09:30, there was very little left, and what remained was cold. It appeared that there was no attention to replenishing items, and the overall quality of the breakfast left much to be desired. In summary, my stay was not a pleasant one, and I would reconsider staying at this hotel in the future. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in the overall guest experience.

Don’t go here if u value sleep. We were here on a weekend trip and slept on the third floor. After 11, the club opens and all you can hear is the disturbing music from the club on the ground floor. Isolation is terrible, also on the hallway; you hear everything what is happening on the same floor. On the contrary note, the staff was really nice and the location too. However, we just did not expect a 4-star hotel (to be honest, it was more a hostel) to be this loud and disturbing. Will never come back and would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Requested a quiet room. They said that our room was selected to uphold this. BUT the room was really noisy as there is a store for drinks near our room. Great noises of glass and doors banging. The hotel has discos till the early morning so don't book if you are looking for quite time for your holiday. Also our room was not cleaned and in the morning we had no towels, no hot water on 2 ND day. Really spoilt our holiday

All that is really great about this hotel is location - it's located in the center of Zagreb. However the room was super small, way overpriced for my taste (90 € per person per day with breakfast) and badly insulated; I could hear the loud music from outside until about 4 am and the cigarette smoke was somehow coming in through the closed door. The hotel was reported to have 4 stars, but I don't know how they got them... Breakfast, which was served from 8:00-10:30, was cold even couple of minutes after 8 and every other "clean" plate was dirty. The room, where they served breakfast, was really dim and so cold that people had to wear winter jackets inside. The personnel however was really nice, but that's about it. If I were to get really really, really drunk and/or party all night I might have not mind, but if kind of sober and just want to spend a night after a town scroll - not the best experience. To conclude, if you are a party animal with lost of disposable income and would like to have a college-experience-type party-stay, this could be a hotel for you, if not, it's better to stear clear.
