Stayed here for 3 nights, looked at lots of hotels and picked here as we landed at Marco Polo after 11pm. This hotel was just a 10min walk from bus terminal. Good location all round. Room was a good enough size, bed comfy. It was clean, a few little things, paint peeling off ceiling, cap missing from shower holder, small stuff, which didn't deflect from all round value of Hotel. Bathroom was good size, shower was good, plenty of hot water and the heated towel rail was braw. Hotel lobby nice, lounge area and breakfast areas nice. Breakfast area modern compared to lounge area. Good choices for breakfast, plenty staff on, food items never lie and tables quickly turned around. Evidence of the hotel getting work done, which is always a positive. If you are after a bed and a decent breakfast, this is the place.

I didn't know I needed this experience! First off, quite easy to find the hotel despite it not being on the main street. Since it's not on the main street, it's nice and quiet. Let me tell you about the receptionist - Matteo, what an absolute charmer! He explained all of the best local spots, and they really were exactly as promised!! Also, a huge bonus that we got a discount for the San Marco garage! Will most definitely be recommending it and coming back! P.S. do yourself a favour and book off of their website directly!

Perfect! I will definitely come back this hotel. Just a few minute walk from the train station. There is supermarket near the hotel as well as so many restaurant. The room and lobby had a good smell. The staff is friendly. All staff overhere has service mind and seems like they enjoy their job so much. See you again when I come back Venice. I will miss this place. ❤️🇮🇹

We stayed one night, and the first impression was pleasant, the receptionist spoke about 5 or 7 languages, very cool dude. The room was decent, cozy, clean and smelling good. Couldn't turn on the heater, so I was not able to shower, that is the only inconvenience. BUT! Let me tell you, the breakfast was really nice, and MR. Rosendo is the heart of this place, he is on top of everything! He deserve the 5 stars by himself. I enjoyed my experience here, and I would come back for a next trip.

We stayed here after staying on a boat in Monaco for a few days and it was exactly what we needed. Incredibly easy to get to just steps from the train station. The first staff member that checked us in was incredibly kind and let us check in a bit early and each staff member we spoke with after was just as wonderful. The rooms as well as the whole hotel are spacious and clean. We had a double shower which was great. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and I wish I had appetite enough to try every single thing, the options are endless. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
