Fairly priced, great location, friendly staff, unfortunately persistent smell of smoke, no top sheet on pull out couch, and a stain on wall and couch, but overall fairly clean. Ample towels and soap provided in bathroom. Breakfast included, but fairly minimal. Overall room was spacious and comfortable.

The location and helpful staff members are two prime factors of this hotel which I like the most. It is located on the very convenient spot of the downtown on the green line subway. The rooms are very small compared to the amount they charge for a stay. They do have breakfast available which includes cereal,milk, coffee, bread ,butter and jam.

Hotel right by the arts district in Montreal. Friendly service on arrival and helpful with holding luggage after check out. Continental breakfast was fine.
