Not so great rooms, service is ok, and the location is perfect 1 block away from 5th ave. With awesome beachfront view.

We booked 10 nights and stayed one. This hotel could be great. It's right on the beach. It's really run down and dirty though. With some paint cleaning and maintenance it could be great. There are literally holes in the walls, paint falling and garbage. The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The towels feel like sandpaper. Great location and the staff was wonderful.

My parents stayed at this hotel for a Christmas vacation and were ROBBED. Some of their belongs and a lot of cash they left behind by mistake were stolen from out of their hotel room while they were gone. The hotel did NOTHING. We’re not apologetic, the lady who cleaned the room denied everything and she was the only one who had access to the room. Nothing was done but a police report. HORRIBLE STAY.
