they advertise with a photo of a renovated room. but you get a very old room with cheap interior. the bed was very old. For the price we paid you would expect something much better. The cleaner also just walked in while showering. she would come back later, but she didn't see anyone anymore. In the evening our room had still not been cleaned and no new towels. the staff was also very grumpy when checking out. the location was great. but very over priced

The location was perfect, very close to the central station and the city centre. It was quiet and comfortable. I was lucky and got one of the refurbished rooms. The only bad thing: I didn't pay enough attention when making the reservation and I didn't see there is no Wifi.

No wifi in hotel in the year 2023 😳. My bad coz we did not see this when we did the booking. Room was spacious and clean. But maybe rethink the single use toiletries? way too much plastic waste. Same at the breakfast buffet too. So many Nutella, jam and honey plastic containers and that was just sad to see. On a positive note, the waiting staff were really nice and friendly! Breakfast was bare minimum. Did not like to see canned fruits served (mandarines and pineapple). The hotel has so much potential! Sustainability should be the goal though…
