The lobby didn't give the best impression but the rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Firm, comfortable bed. Excellent coffee in the lobby. Needed an extra blanket and staff brought it quickly upon request. Lots of restaurants in easy walking distance.

Overall, an average experience. Room was decent for the most part. Blood on the shower curtain and in one of the beds. Other bed was fine. A/C worked GREAT! My only real complaint is the shuttle times. It's not clarified on their website, and it should be. It DOES NOT run 24 hours, and there is a 5 hour period in the middle of the day where it doesn't run at all, stranding you at the airport for hours if your plane comes in anytime around noon. I would not stay at this hotel again, just based on the inconvenience of the shuttle. I would pay a little more for a different hotel and peace of mind.

Location is very close to the airport and price is reasonable. Room is nice and clean. We stayed for 1 night for the next day flight. Don’t rely on the free shuttle. It is every one hour, so use Uber if you want to get to the airport fast. The only complaint I have is if you stay in the room facing the street, the noise and traffic kept me up all night.

The location was very good, close to the airport after along trip is super cool to have your room in 7 minutes and also close to San Francisco downtown . Check in easy and fast , the stuff there were super nice. The room clean and for 4 people in one room it was amazing and we had space and was comfortable. They have a good and tasty coffee every morning free, I tried vanilla mocha and French vanilla also so good. I give this place 10/10 . I will be there again
