I loved this spot. Wasn’t super familiar with the area and couldn’t tell from Google Street View etc if it was a seedy area or not. I would say it’s right on the edge but that didn’t affect my stay whatsoever. The hotel is a tad dated but has everything you need for a nice night’s rest before (or after) your flight. The airport shuttle was on point. Everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous and professional. And you can’t beat the price. Recommend!

Everything from check-in to check-out and in between was first class. The welcoming lady at the reception desk was friendly, professional and helpful. Our checkin went smoothly. Our room was clean and comfortable with coffee available! The kind woman at the front desk helped us find an easily accessible (and great!) restaurant just across the street and we were able to meet up with and spend time with friends from the area. The morning breakfast was perfect and our morning trip to drop off our rental car was easy. We arrived in plenty of time to stretch our legs before our flight. We definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to return in the future!

Staff were excellent gave us excellent suggestions to spend the afternoon at the Hilldale Mall and excellent recommendation to the Mexican restaurant across the street. Rooms were lovely, disappointed we paid more for a room because we had 4 people, but only had 3 towels, and no conditioner which you don't know until you go to use it. Breakfast was decent, we would definitely go back.

The woman at the front desk immediately began asking me strange personal questions while checking in. She then told me it would be $20 to check in early which I agreed to. Then I handed her my credit card and she said OK $25 to check in early. I said you just said it was $20… She said oh yeah acting like she didn’t just change it from one second to the next. Then about 1 hour after checking in, the same woman calls my room accusing me of smelling smoke coming from my room. Since I’ve never smoked in my life, I politely let her know she was mistaken. She kept pressing the issue. I hung up. She kept calling back and I unplugged the phone. I didn’t feel safe at all being in the room alone knowing that she was lurking outside the door. Very disturbing.

The hotel has been updated fairly recently. It was very clean. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Common areas were clean and nice also. The staff was very friendly. The neighborhood does not look the nicest, but we did not have any issues. Our room was on the front of the hotel near the busy street, but we didn't notice any noise. Parking is free. The spots are small just like every where else in the area, but it works. The included breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but we got plenty to eat. It's very convenient to the airport, and close to the freeways to get into San Francisco. We would definitely stay there again.
