Comfortable position and nice views. Hotel is old though, old rooms, tiny bathroom, very small and uncomfortable elevators (the hotel is located only in some floors of the building). The manager unhelpful and rude, something really unacceptable All considered, not good value for money.

A 4 star hotel with great location just a few minutes walk to the most famous square ( Stephanplatz) which is the heart of the old city of Vienna. A beautiful viwe from the balcony to the cilty. Room was clean. I must thank Mrs. Oksana from the reception she was so helpful and ready for all our questions. Tried their breakfast but very few selection.

I highly recommend this hotel after a nice experience here. The room was well appointed and the staff were very polite and professional. I especially appreciated how clean the room and overall property was.
